Landline not working since superfast broadband installed.

 

Need to check before calling an engineer out.

If your Sky Hub is the one on the right below, and the 'Voice' light on it is green, that means your telephone handset needs to be plugged into the back of the Hub itself: any 'telephone' wall sockets at the address will no longer work.

@Ranjit69 increasingly Sky have changed the way landline services are delievered if your Sky hub has 4 green lights the phone has tombe plugged into the hub rather than the old phone sockets.
