The sky WiFi promise is not being delivered throughout my house and I am unable to find contact details to flag this with the Sky Broadband team direct. What can I do to improve the WiFi signal, so that every room in my house is covered - as per the sky guarantee ?

as it doesn't say what I think you believe. If you have bought one of the two add-ons like Sky WiFi Max then Sky will provide extenders as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Alternatively you can buy and use your own WiFi equipment the choice is yours.

Chrisee - thanks for the reply and yes, you were quite right. I eventually got through to the correct dept at Sky, to then amend my package. Which now includes WiFi MAX.
