broadband issue

my sky broadband keeps dropping connection and i have no phone signal in my house as im in a dead zone which means i can't even use my sky glass tv as its all internet too, its ridiculous it's happening all the time it took me 3 hours to watch an hour long programme because the router kept dropping in and out. whats the point in me paying for internet when it never works properly been having trouble  for weeks now.

@shannon0402 have you reported the issue to Sky? Line issues are not uncommon in the winter but you nedd to get this checked out so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
