certain parts of my house receiving poor signal or no signal
hello ,you recently active my broad band at my new property ...... I upgraded to the granted signal within my home but I've found certain rooms in my home have poor signal or not signal at all

If you bought Sky's WiFi Max bundle as part of your new package Sky will supply up to 3 extenders if the WiFi speeds do not mert the guarantee see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max. Give them a call.
