Intermittent broadband
Broadband keeps dropping out, WiFi slow. Do a test on my sky app and shows a problem with the connection to router. How do I report this to sky and get them to look into it?

interested to hear what is suggested. I have just this minute emailed Sky to log a complaint for the same issue. So disappointed that I have now got full fibre broadband but not seeing any benefit to the connection.
I have now ordered a TP link wifi extender from Amazon and am hoping that this might help the situation BUT on trying my phone in various parts of the house perhaps not as even sitting in the next room to the router having issues with phone registering 22.64 download today!!
