Having continued issues with the wifi

we are experiencing problems with our internet connection, my partner works from home and is unable to use her computer for work most of the time as the connection is not strong enough

We are also having the same issues, Wi-Fi always dropping, WiFi is very slow most of the time, absolutely not getting what we are paying for.
