Thank you providing your details and allowing us the opportunity to investigate.
We have identified an issue that is impacting a small number of customers on some VPN types, depending on their configuration. These issues will be mitigated with future updates.
In the interim, VPN administrators are advised to avoid fragmentation by lowering the VPN tunnel interface MTU by at least 28 bytes, and/or the host’s Interface MTU to 1472 bytes if the tunnel is unable to be established at all.
Alternatively, you can log into your account via , to request a change to your service which will resolve the problem for you.
Not sure if you have a hub 6?
Your hub will look like the picture below. If you have any other type of hub, please reach out to the provider of the VPN for support, as this problem doesn't impact your service.
