WiFi keeps dropping and lower speeds

My WiFi speed has dropped dramatically, and I'm nowhere near the speeds promised. It's also randomly cutting out I've had this problem before and it took several BT engineer visits to fix

now it's happening again and I can't get through to any support when I click fix my problem. I am hoping this will get more advice

Re: WiFi keeps dropping and lower speeds

Having issues with dropping every five minutes it's ridiculous, last time it was an external cable issue and it's the exact same situation as then

@Lill first step is to run the Service Checker in the My Sky app when the connection is up. This will tell you the current connection speed and if you click on that result it should give you the history for the past week and the guaranteed speed. The app should offer further help,if the line is running slowly.if it doesn't call Sky.

Re: WiFi keeps dropping and lower speeds

Unfortunately this has not helped, I'm repeatedly getting internet WiFi included as well as all together dropping and even though everything else tells me there's no signal Sky checker says everything is fine. My internet speed is also super low including pictures

Re: WiFi keeps dropping and lower speeds

Every night about 9pm mine gets so slow I can never watch my tv. All I want is to watch a bit tv before having to go to sleep for work  😫
