After years of disappointing connection and constant drop out. How do I get a report to show all historic occasions of loss of service

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jacqueline777 such a report would be effectively meaningless all it can show is periods when yiour hub is disconnected not why it was. If you are concened about your service you can complain to Sky who will try to fix the fault if theyvare unable to provide a relable service they are likely to free you from contract so you can move to another supplier. However if as is likely the issue is the line being faulty the issue will move to any other supplier who uses the same line.

Claims against the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed are limited to one instance for a one month refund. As @Chrisee indicates, historic records serve very little purpose other than potentially demonstrating you are on a poor copper circuit (which is why these are being replaced with fibre optic) : ISPs are only attempting to provide service.
