I'm new to sky. I have no problem anywhere else in the house. The steaming box in the living room works without any issue at all. However, after setting up my second stream box in my house extension, I find it will not run. I get a picture, but it's just still. I guess it a wifi issue as it's some distance to my max hub from the stream box. Is there any way I can boost the wifi signal?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Fleck111 while it maybe possible to getvWiFi extenderscto work thry are not always the best solution for streaming video. Assuming it isnt practical to run an Ethernet cable from the hubto the second puck you coukd try using a powerline networking kit which uses the house's mains wiring to carry the data which should work assuming the extention is connected to the main houses mains supply.
You need a kit with 2 adapters the first plugs into a wall socket near the hub and linked byban ethernet cable. The second plugs into near the puck again use a wall socket and. Is linked byban the second ethernet cable. If you want WiFi for other devices in the extention you can getvthe adapters with built-in WiFi access points but connect tge puck by ethernet.
