Limited number of connected devices

I seem to be limited to 20-30 connected devices to my hub and then some devices go offline. I have ruled out the wifi as this is the same via the ethernet port. I swapped from the dark hub to the "better" white hub but still the same problem. Any ideas?

@Claudios you can connect a lot more than 20 to 30 devices conected but the number you can use at once depends on the speed of the external connection and what the devices are doing. The hub has a limited processing power as it is designed for domestic use so while 20 IOT devices like smart plugs should be no issue 20 devices trying to all access data at once will likely break things. Activities like video streaming and online gaming require prompt delivery of data and are the first things that suffer.
