Sky Puck Remote Control Failure

I have 6 rooms set up with Sky Puck boxes.  

A remote control device for one of the Sky Pucks has failed.

I have compelted all checks e.g. new batteires/  Reboot/ repair.  I have tried remote on all other pucks - it will not pair with any of them.  All of the other 5 remote control devices can be unpaired/ paired to the box.  

So all boxes work OK - all can be paired to a remote control - only the one remote control will not work.

This is the 2nd remote control that has failed - the last one was replaced.

Any suggestions?
