I reached out to HayU aswell and got the same response. I have told them that the advice did not work and they have said they will pass it on to the technical team for further review.
I also sent them the link to this forum for them to see that it's not just one person with the issue so hopefully something comes of it.

Fantastic thanks. We seem to be left by Sky trying to sort this ourselves. I haven't heard back from Hayu yet after my replies 24hrs ago. Hopefully your contact with them will be more successful 😁

Apologies, there was an email from Hayu stating there were aware that there was a problem for customers with Sky glass. I have Sky Q so I replied to let them know it's Q too. Hopefully we are getting somewhere

Mine still flickers at the start and I can't scroll but as long as I want to watch the 1st thing which is advertised on the screen it is fine. I am just glad it was Below Deck this week hahahaha. I have not had an update from Hayu. Gave up expecting an update from Sky (cannot even begin to explain how disappointed I am with them).

I have messaged the Sky employee Kevin who posted way back on the 30th and linked this chat. I am sick of being left with no update. The issue is not fixed. It's ridiculous

Yes this is stupid now. My wife subscribed about 4 months ago and after 2 months there was lots of flickering but eventually programmes would be viewable after a few hours but this past fortnight she hasn't been able to watch a thing - when we click on a programme nothing happens. A few trailers are viewable but that's no use and certainly not worth £5 per month. 😞

Yeah I'm still back and forth with HayU on emails. They said "Our support team is still working to fix this matter. We kindly request your patience", that was on the 18th.
I'm watching HayU on my Roku for the time being and it's playing back perfectly, seems to be just Sky products are the issue for me anyway.

I have just contacted Sky Help Team on Messanger for assistance. I was advised that they were still working on it and to cancel the app if I didn't want to be charged.
