I have a similar problem, watching TNT Sport rugby (e.g. the Autumn Internationals) on Playlist. Every time I clear the half time and break, the stream jumps back ~30 mins. The issue is reproducible and consistent: something is broken in Sky Stream when playing recorded sports.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWould suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

I've done all the obvious stuff - it's something knackered in the player software, although I don't know if it's particular to integration with the TNT Sports feed.

Unless Sky know you are authorised to speak on your father's behalf they cannot talk to you. The esiest way to get thst sorted is to call Sky when you are with your father so he can ask them to talk to you.
Speed of the broadband is one thing but as if not more important is the speed the puck gets over WiFi you can check thst by running the Network Test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app. If the WiFi is flaky that would explain the issue.

Well this is still happening on 8th December. Called Sky and it's clearly a known issue they have no interest in sorting out.

This is a big issue for me as well and it's 30/12/24!
Can this please be escalated. Paying a lot of money for a playback service that doesn't work!

Is the problem with a "live" broadcast that you've either restarted or paused and then continued to watch?
I've noticed if I "Restart" a program it all plays/pauses/ffwds fine until the time when the live transmission has ended. After the live program has ended, even though I am still watching the restart stream, whenever I try to pause or ffwd it, it then jumps back to the start of the program and comes up with "this program is no longer available" or some other error.
It now happens so often we don't use restart we wait until the program has appreared in the Catchup or On Demand listings.
