Sounds like your suffering from poor connectivity. Chck the speed in netflix (left hand menu > get help > connection check). You need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
If your WiFi is poor, try connecting via homeplugs or ethernet and turning WiFi off in the settings or see if you can get boosters from your ISP.
