Flickering and glitching

Hi all, 

our sky stream box is flicking and glitching when we try to use it. Making it pretty much unwatchable. Our Bush TV updated yesterday, so not sure if it's linked to this or not? I've tried rebooting the box and the tv, changed picture settings and have reset the tv to factory settings and still hasn't worked. Any help much appreciated. Thanks

Hi @Billie9  it sounds like you've been affected by this which is impacting other Bush TV owners after the update.

Yes I think so, but if others have managed to fix it I'm not sure how. I know someone on another post has said theirs is resolved but not sure how. Thanks
