SKY STREAM PUCK WON'T TURN ON
After a power cut the sky Puck won't turn on at all. I have tried to reset, change the wire, unplug ect but it will not show any lights. What do I do?

Re: SKY STREAM PUCK WON'T TURN ON
Hi @Joeystano
When you say reset - do you mean you have tried the recovery process? Try all steps outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck
If that doesn't work you will need to call Sky and arrange a replacement puck. We are fellow subscribers here on the community.
