Try a reboot in the first instance (Settings > system management> resets & updates > restart). If you are still having issues open netflix and run a speed test. (Left menu > get help > connection check).
You need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. It sounds like your suffering from poor connectivity.
