The pause feture on stream can be a bit flakey. Sky say that you should be able to pause up to 45 minutes. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/rewind-or-pause-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck#:~:text=You%20can%2....
However if the puck has been on and power save kicks in, the puck may go into energy saving while on pause.
In terms of items being in the playlist, if an item has been cloud recorded it should be available to watch straight away. If the broadcaster doesn't allow cloud recording, you have to wait for the broadcaster to make the program available via their catch-up service (in this case discovery plus). That can vary from minutes to hours. Unfortunately with TNT they are on the slower side.
If it doesn't appear this can be reported to viewer relations (viewerR@sky.uk) and they will investigate and feedback.
