Paramount plus not loading.

My paramount plus is just a black screen with a spinning wheel on sky puck. Was working fine this morning. Iv turned everything off reloaded went on app changed details. Refreshed apps still broken

Hi @Nat23 

 

Refresh apps isn't instant and can take up to 24 hours to complete. Power off your Sky device at the mains for at least 5 minutes and then try again.
