Skip ads function advances too far into programming

When watching an old  series (box set) via my Sky Stream Puck and I press the skip ads function (I pay for this) the function sometimes cuts off significant amounts of the programming. It's very inconsistent, mostly it works fine but occasionally it proves unreliable and I have to 'wind' back the show 10-15 minutes! Frustrating.

Hi @ARBird

On the shows where it is cutting off, email details to Sky's viewer relations team and they will investigate and resolve. Their email address is viewerR@sky.uk.
