Sky Glass TV Channels not loading.

Woke up this morning turn on TV to find channels not loading. TV guide seems fine and Netflix works. TV is connected to internet by ethernet cable and internet is working fine. What is the problem how can I fix it?

Have you tried power off at Plug wait 2 minutes power on?
