Sky glass remote microphone not working and microphone already turned on

When I press the microphone button and talk it then comes up red and says "sorry I didn't quite catch that". Have already gone into settings and the option button and microphone is already turned on.

Hi @JamieVicandLou_ 

 

They are two different things. The settings which is on refers to the far field microphone. This is for capturing commands where you say "hello Sky". 

 

Pressing the microphone button on the remote will work even when the far field microphone is turned off. You need to ensure that you press and hold the button on the remote while speaking, not just press and let go.
