Issues with pausing and resuming Live TV

I experience a few issues when watching Live TV and pausing it, very often after resuming the programme and then forwarding the adverts, the programme jumps forward to the current time and I am unable to return to the original position, this often then moves to the next programme being broadcasted, and so I miss the original programme.

I too am having the same problem, usually when I join a programme part way through and then restart it.

Skipping the adverts works fine till the actual programme has ended and then it locks up and cannot be restarted.

Very frustrating indeed and one of my major bugbears of this system.

Along with constant buffering on certain channels and regular drops in my supposedly super-fast broadband.

Getting very frustrated Sky!

@kmht0307  I know exactly what you are referring to as I have the same issue from time to time.  I know Sky are aware and are working on the issue but don't have any time frame for a fix but let's hope it's not too long as it can be very annoying.  I simply try to avoid the FF function after it has been on pause for a while.

We’ve just had the Gavin & Stacey Finale (and our Xmas Day) ruined by Sky Steam. Everything was fine until we live paused the most anticipated show of the year, only to restart it 20 mins later to experience continuous glitching, jumping and unprovoked pausing to the point it became unwatchable!! (FYI: Our broadband speed is 500 mbps).
