I have completed the survey. I am really hoping someone is now taking this seriously after being fobbed off on WhatsApp chat by saying I have too many devices connected!! Which I still strongly disbelieve, when it next happens I will disconnect everything else I have connected just to prove Sky wrong.
And The glass TV may be ending up in the garden if this is not resolved.

Yes Tam it's now a waiting game to see when they are going to come up with a permanent solution eh.

I have this problem on Glass and Stream, seems to occure when the program changes and I include adds as a program change. I have found swapping channel to any other channel and back again sorts the sync out

Yes but its not a permanent fix you will probably find it's an on going problem

Same issues here when watching live TV ... can be ok on first programme (eg 10 o'clock news) and when it clicks onto the next (question time) it is out by a second or two with picture lagging behind audio. I found immediately changing the channel and then back again resets it but this is nonsense as a fix. Notice is most on BBC (I think!) but happens on other channels too. Been like this since start of Christmas week.

No more suggestions of a "quick fix" please! We all know that, so no need for every fifth post or so to remind us.
What we want is for Sky to acknowledge the issue fully and fix it.

I'm also having same problem,also the voice sequence is out ,I have to keep turning to different channel then back to original channel. I have done all the how to fix it tests, but then I'm having to do this each day,this will be the third sky glass tv I've had problems with.
I wouldn't of got sky glass knowing the problems I'm having.been with sky years never had problems,but since I changed to sky glass non stop problems

Same issue here wiith my Sky Glass watching anything, changing the channel and back fixes the issue, but its a pain in the **bleep** especially when it ruins football matches Live.

Yes let's hope they stop blaming our wifi
Connections and get it sorted ASAP no one ever told us when we purchased the sky glass that our WiFi had to be at a certain level ?????

Yea another issue with sync
last night our tv so far out of siync the program had finished and they was still talking absolute joke
why do the expect you to pay for this service
