Sky glass fuzzy screen

watching tv as normal, nothing near it and the whole screen goes fuzzy and fuzzy sound on full volume, pressing power button on remote and volume and nothing works so have to turn off at plug.... once left for couple of minutes switch back on and is fine.... until next time 

anyone else had any problems like this? Thankyou
