I am having some issues with my Sky Glass TV (Model: LT065-F3-WHT, Software Version: Entertainment OS 1.3). Despite numerous attempts to resolve them, I am unable to use the TV properly, and I am looking for assistance to address these problems.
Main Issues:
App Streaming Problem
All apps (Disney+, Prime Video, Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount+, etc.) fail to stream content properly. When selecting something to watch, the apps load but fail to buffer past 0%, rendering them unusable. I have a secure 1GB internet connection, and I even tested the TV at my neighbor’s house with the same result. Refreshing apps and restarting the TV does not help. Netflix displayed the error code TVQ-PB-101(5.3).
TV Randomly Turning Off
The TV turns off randomly while watching content, with no warning. This happens at various points during viewing, and it’s disrupting my experience.
Remote Connectivity Issues
The remote frequently disconnects. I have a white TV and remote; Sky sent me a replacement remote, but one day it stopped syncing. After several attempts, the original remote (which had been stored in a drawer for over a year) suddenly reconnected, but the new one still won’t sync.
Remote Button Malfunctions
Some buttons on the remote control no longer work. How can I get a replacement remote or fix these issues?
I have read through forums and followed suggested solutions, but none have resolved the problems so far. Additionally, I am unable to find a customer support line for issues beyond streaming, which makes it difficult to get the help I need.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving these problems as soon as possible.
