Good morning all, looking for some advice.
The remote for my sky glass has no power to it. We've followed all the guides on sky etc (as well as the obvious things like changing batteries) so sky arranged a replacement to be sent
On the 4th December we had a text confirming it would arrive within 5 working days. Nothing arrived but we put it down to the Christmas season. On the 27th December we tried to chase it and sky text us saying another replacement would be sent and arrive within 5 working days. This hasn't arrived either.
Is this a common problem?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Swooler I see your post has been escalated so hopefully this will help with the replacement. Over 2 years ago I had a faulty remote and called Sky for a replacement. I had to do this 4 times before I actually received the replacement. Luckily I still had an only Sky Q remote so I was able to use that while I waited for the replacement to arrive.
