Can't access my5 on my sky glass tv have done all the tips online but still nothing 😡

Who is your broadband provider?Also, how are you trying to launch the app ie through Apps, voice control or through continue watching/playlist.

I am also having issues with my 5 but its happening with BBC iplayer itvx and everything really beginning to wish we didn't take sky glass now

My5 has been down on my sky glass since Sunday, was getting an error message but this has been replaced by a black screen. Have tried accessing via app, voice control etc but nothing

Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution. It may take 24 hours to complete at worse

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI believe the My5 issue in particular is a known issue. I did see something that suggested a fix may be present in a new version of the app so it's possible the refresh will actually fix it this time.

Guys thanks refreshing the apps seems to have resolved the issue

I have the same issue, it's still not working
My broadband provider is BT I launch the app through the app menu, I have tried all ways but it still doesn't work

It's working now, thanks for you help, I had to do another update and reboot the tv by unplugging it for a minute,
this seems to have done the trick

We havevtried every way of watching my5 programmes that show on our playlist, direct from the app section, and general search, we have always had issues channel 4 programmes from our playlist often crashing with a message about being embarassed so have to go back and resume play. We havevtried app refesh and new My5
log in via a qr.
To be honest we wish we had never had the sky glass tv as we seem to spend all our time searching for things ee have missed or are hidden, it was so much better with a q box and recordings, our broadband is also with sky which i dont think helps
