Television switches off while watching. How do we override this

New to sky and not very savvy due to age. There seems to be a setting that is switching tv off while we are watching. Want to override this

Check the auto standby / motion is turned off 

1. Press Home on your Sky remote.
2. Scroll down and select Settings then Startup & standby.
3. Switch these settings on/off by selecting each one from the options.

@Dinasaur68 I would do as you have been advised by @Tim+Adams

When I first got Glass had all sorts of problems with the system turning off unexpectedly and turning on at random in the night.  Also, every morning the TV had lost its connection to my network and had difficulty in re-establishing the connection.   I went a step further. than @Tim+Adams is suggesting and turned off all the options in the Start up and Standby menu with the exception of the Networked standby mode which I left on.  I found this gave me far fewer problems and a more stable system.
