My sky glass has recently started coming up with a blue screen with "let's try that again" message and asks to try connecting again. Try again, same message. Stuck in a loop.
I have gigabyte broadband and the sky glass is connected via Ethernet. I've tried disabling the WiFi and still same error message. I've tried unplugging the Ethernet and connecting via WiFi. Same message. I've ran several internet speed checkers and am getting 700mbps on WiFi and 900+ via Ethernet. All phones, laptops, tablets etc are working perfectly fine, as is our PoE CCTV system so I know our internet is not the issue. After several reboots and resetting to system default, I don't know what else to do.
