So I've had problems for months now.
spend hours on end to a useless chat that seems to deal with multiple people at a time, then they say we're going home now.
Broadband speed useless. Hardly anything working in the house.
Sky day speed is ok, despite me sending screenshots of speed.
I told them router may be faulty. Apparently not possible. Got so fed up I cancelled broadband and tv. Now it's even worse. I am seeking legal advice to get a refund for a lt least this month. How can this be normal?
