Sky glass remote buttons not working

Circle button not working. If I click left it turns TV off, up & down not working and right button brings up settings. Home button not working. Voice control, standby and volume work.

@SophieB92  Have you tried clearing the remote and then re-pairing it again? This can be done as follows:

1. Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
2. Press 4 and 6 together for three seconds
3. Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode).  A connected message should appear on your screen, press continue and it's all done.

You could also try holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth.  Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including my own).

If none of the above help then I would request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote 

Also, if you are lucky enough to have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement to arrive.

I have the exact same issue, it started suddenly on 31/12/24. Repairing and twisting have not worked, any other suggestions?

Hi @GraemeDug  Happy New Year.

If you have also run through the troubleshooting guides mentioned in my post 2 above and it has not fixed the issue then follow the link I provided and request a replacement (you will need to sign into your MySky account).

If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for the replacement to arrive.
