Hi,
so here we are on the 11th of September Discovery Turbo has been going black through all adverts this afternoon. Though I notice on thread that it's all fixed.

@Stuart84 It's been okay since 9th Sept on my Sky Glass tv. I don't have that Discovery channel though. May be worth tagging Sky in your post to see if it's just a problem with that channel, they may be able to run the same fix.

Thanks for the update!
Do you have any exact timestamps on when this happened?
Also, did you have to change channel ro resolve the black screen or did the ads go to a black screen for a few seconds and then resolved themselves?
Did the ads finish fully or did it seem like they were cutting off before the end?

Well been watching the channel since 8am this morning so since then.
yesterdays was during the afternoon.

On this point @Stuart84 Can you confirm how long the screen went black for? Was is less than a second or more like 3 or so seconds? Also, is this issue coming in once per ad break or multiple times over 1 ad break?

This is still happening on sky stream on the adverts, keeps getting stuck on blank screens

We have been experiencing this issue over the last week but has been a particularly prominent issue today and it's not always during an ad break. Latest episode was in the last few minutes and changin channels resolves the issue. Very frustrating!

They have told me that the issue is fixed and checked all my software and internet and said no one else has called in a reported lately but if it keeps happening still , they will have to change the box.

This is really frustrating. Has been happening all day on various channels, even when streaming. I wish we'd never bought a Glass TV. As soon as it's paid off I'll be trading it in for a 'normal' telly. Not sure what I'm paying all this money for every month. This issue only seems to have started since the 'outage' the other week. Will be reporting it to Sky tomorrow.
