Re: Services cancelled even though not
Hi @Tracey80 This is a user forum so we are customers like yourself. You will need to phone Sky to discuss the issue.
To get their phone number click on the link below and select the “need more help” drop down at the bottom of the page and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I can't include the actual phone number here as the forum filters will reject it.

If my post has solved your issue please mark as an "Answer" as it helps others identify the solution
If it has helped please give it a "Like"

Hi @Tracey80
We are fellow subscribers here on the forum and can't access your account. If you provide more information we may be able to give some advice or you will need to call Sky. They can be reached by dialling 150 from a Sky landline or mobile.
Or on the 0333 number under need more help on this page: https://www.sky.com/help/home?DCMP=knc-google-na-0helpsky-skycontact0_contactsky&gad_source=1&gclid=...
(The forum software won't let us post phone numbers).

Please Note: I am not a Sky employee. I am a fellow subscriber. Please do not PM me as they will not be responded to. Posting publicly to a thread increases the usefulness for all.
