My problem with the sound and lip sync

I thought it sounded spectacular until it was set up.

Had to keep rebooting as not lip syncing and when series be added onto playsuit and come to watch it, the programmes are not there

Does that solve the lip sync problem?

Sky Glass Gen2 65"
Sky Air 43" in bedroom
LG 65" TV with Puck in spare room.

Broadband with Seethelight as on new build estate that does not support Sky.

Both Gen 1 and Gen 2 have sync issues regarding the sound and picture.

 

Maybe one day they will actual resolve the issue as I sent my Gen 1 set back because of this quite a while back. I was hoping that the Gen 2 would have resolved this as I was interested in ordering one, but alias it seems not.

The sync issue is specific to Sky.  

We've moved to EE, running through the Glass TV, and it's perfect.  

Sky need to sort this out.  It absolutely ruins the viewing
