I have followed the on screen way to sign in to Amazon Prime from Sky Glass but TV does not update and move into app. TV shows as registered on App. sky Glass just keeps asking me to get a code. I have followed the instructions 4 times and still not acknowledged.

Yes I already have an account and I have used it on my previous TV and devices.

Hi @Colindalered open the amazon app on your mobile device.
When opened scroll right to Video then select
Click on your profile picture top right then scroll down to
Account and Settings then select
Scroll right to Your Devices if Sky Glass/Stream has been registered de-register it and refresh the page
At the top of the page you should see Register new device
Get a new code from the app on Sky Glass/Stream
The section where you enter the code make sure you enter it in lowercase as they will automatically be entered in uppercase
It usually takes a few seconds for the screen to refresh on your Glass/Stream
Hopefully it should work if it doesn't.
Sometimes going to the website displayed on your tv in private mode/incognito helps but not all the time.
When I had Sky Stream it wouldn't work straight away so I just used the Prime app on my tv for the quickest.
