Hi my remotes stopped working it wil turn off soon as I press any of the arrow buttons it will turn off

Try to reset and then re-pair the remote as follows:

Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
Press 4 and 6 together for three seconds (IR mode).
Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode) and follow any on-screen instructions.

If that doesn't help have a look at the following links to troubleshooting guides:

If none of the above works then phone Sky to discuss and request a replacement remote.

If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote.
