Weather App Issue Sky Glass / Stream

 

The weather app seems have a fault where it loads & then gives an error message on all my units.

 

I have rebooted everything but still the same issue.

 

Anyone else please?

@Alex+Ricote it might be worth trying an app refresh and seeing if that fixes the weather app

 

Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution.

The weather app link on both the tile & voice still returns an error message on both stream & glass.

 

Is there a way to feedback this issue to the Sky stream/ glass teams ?

@TommyD62  @Alex+Ricote  If you refer to the Sky News Weathere app (as this is the only one I can find)  mine is working fine.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hello.

 

I have just tried it again on my Sky Glass TV & 4 pucks.

 

Still getting this error message as of today 22/1/2024.

 

  • I have unplug everything & carried out app refreshes on all units also.

Anyone else?

@Alex+Ricote  It would appear to be something specific to your setup as I checked my Sky Weather App just now and it was working correctly.

 

You have already done a reboot and refreshed your Apps so the only other thing I can think of would be to unplug your Glass TV when you turn in for the night to give it a good long rest period before you plug it in again in the morning.

 

If this doesn't help then I would call Sky customer services to see if they can offer any assistance.  Alternatively you could post back here and ask for your issue to be escalated for an online chat.
