I have had issues with my5 channel loading since I got sky glass . It works for a few hours , then goes off again . This is really ruining my experience of my sky glass

I'm having the same issues been going on for a while tbh I haven't been able to watch home and away for weeks. Tried refreshing the apps nothing works

This has just worked for me . Didn't take the 24 hours it was more like 1 to 2 minutes 👍🏻
To refresh apps on your Sky Glass TV, press the Home button on the remote, go to Settings > System Management > Resets & updates, select Refresh Apps, and wait for the confirmation message. Press the Dismiss button on the remote to return to normal viewing and check back after 24 hours.

Has this been resolved? My series link was for 5 star and has suddenly changed to My5 and when select the episode it does not play!

My5 will not play/load on my sky glass tv. I have unplugged tv, refreshed apps in settings in fact everything recommended by my5 help line still nothing. I have created an account and put in activation code but all it does is whirl a broken yellow circle. Contacted sky and told they hadn't had any problems must be my5 problem but looking at this forum it appears to be sky glass's problem which they need to sort out. I can watch channel 5 live but can't access any saved on to the playlist that says I have to upgrade to watch, nowhere can I see to upgrade ( nor could the sky adviser I spoke to). Please can sky help

Is anyone else experiencing my 5 app problems ie black screen or app crashing your system??

I don't suffer from this within the my5 app. Worth turning your box off and on. Also worth updating the apps via the settings menu within stream/glass.
Does the issue just happen with this programme or all across my5?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Deedee36 Last night I went to finish watching a My5 programme that was in my CW rail. All I got was a black screen. I then tried to access My5 through the apps rail but again I just got a black screen.
A reboot seemed to clear the problem and so far it hasn't come back in fact I am watching it now 😀

I, too, cannot get My5 to play. It loads the front menu but when I try to watch a playlisted program, it just shows a whirling circle. I'm sick to death of this skyglass TV. Wish I'd never bought it. My old LG is upstairs now and can access My5 without any problems. And it appears, from all the comments here and elsewhere that Sky are absolutely no help at all. Be glad when my contract's up!

We've been having issues with My5 on demand for a while now, have upgraded apps but still doesn't work on Sky Glass, however on our TV upstairs (not Sky Glass) it works fine, so assume it's a Sky Glass issue / problem.
Please get it fixed

My5 is just completely frozen I can't do anything on the app it's so frustrating what a waste of time sky glass really need to sort it out I tried everything recommend nothing works
