Hi,
I returned my Sky Q box with all wires and remotes in Nov, as I upgraded to Sky Stream. I still keep getting several texts and email asking me to return my box, otherwise I'll get charged. I still have the receipt of proof of postage. I'm just wondering how I can contact Sky, as they are going to charge me in January when I've returned them already.
Any help would be appreciated.

I will escalate your post to Sky in a few minutes and the Messaging Team may contact you later.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
