I got as far as clicking on claim voucher. After a week or so I emailed as neither myself or my friend had not received voucher. We were told that due to high levels of demand there was a delay but we would get the voucher. After several more weeks my friend emailed again and was told we had both had and spent the voucher. She contacted again and her voucher was sent through.
I contacted to say I still hadn't received my voucher and was told I had put wrong account number when creating voucher. I haven't even got past the point of clicking claim voucher. They are apparently sorting my error. I don't know why we are being told these lies and months later still waiting for vouchers.

Same here. On the verge of cancelling Sky (other reasons included but this is the tipping point). What is the point of offering an incentive to recommend friends to get Sky then no one never recieves anything. Constantly being fobbed off by customer services. I got my "you can claim your voucher now" on 24th December. Since then nothing. Not great from Sky and looks bad on us for recommending them. The "we are experienceing high levels and can't cope" excuse simply doesn't sound right. Surly this is an automated system. From the way it sounds sky have an apprentice locked in a cupboard with a stack of paperwork doing one a day.

i spoke to Sky customer priority team on Saturday and they promised today is the day and receive my voucher, as they are aware of the issue and they purchased many, they even promised give me a call back between 6-7pm that to make sure i have received it, lets wait and see, let yous know

guess what? NO VOUCHER. However they give me a follow up call and send wait another 7-10day and they will call me again??????????

I have just received my reward voucher and it works it has to be opened in google chrome when you all eventually get yours. I joined sky in October 2024 and just got it FYI

My friend refered me to Sky and I took out a Sim only contract. We both should have recieved £15 of vouchers. Nothing has arrived yet. Account number. for mobile. TV -

I am also having trouble with refer a friend I haven't received voucher..
I have tried to contact customer service but end up talking to a machine which doesn't know what your talking about and sends you a link to 'having problems paying your bill'
can i have the contact telephone number to speak to a real person thanks
