Paramount + Offer

I am a Diamond customer.   I received a special offer for Paramount + however  I have tried for two days and it will not work.  Followed instructions got to payment options.  No payment will go through.  I have tried 2 different options, nothing works. Tried to contact Paramount, error message.   Any help appreciated.  Thanks

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
