Remove free trial Netflix

Accepted 3 months free Netflix and want to cancel before it expires, I have mainly explored most ways but to no avail.. Advice appreciated

Try this:

For Sky Stream puck or Sky Q - Press Home on your Sky remote, then select My Sky at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll then see a screen with your purchases. Select Your products. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN number.

Then follow the prompts to cancel.


In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet.

Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.

You should be able to cancel it there.

 

If this doesn't work then you will need to call Sky.

I had to call Sky to cancel our free trial- 150 from a Sky phone or use the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

For Sky Stream or Sky Glass, Netflix  (standard with ads tier) is free to all Sky Stream/Glass subscribers, whether they go for the Ultimate TV base pack or the Essential TV base pack.

In MySky, under Your Products, Manage content packs, Netflix is listed for free and you can move to a higher tier on monthly rolling and roll back to the free tier. There is no cancel option for the free tier as it's part of the  Sky Stream or Sky Glass base pack as above.

 

Cancelling a higher tier is easily done in MySky app online or TV, it will then drop you to the free included tier.
