My Sky contract ended on 26th December 2024 but was transferred to a new provider on 22nd. A payment was taken for my Broadband to cover the period 26 December - 25 January 2025, and after payment of Call Charges, a credit is due back to me. When I called Sky in January to query when I would receive this, I was told it could take up to two months. I waited until 27th February and have checked my bank account ever since, but nothing has been put back into my account, despite the account being still open. I note in other similar discussions, the wait time is 6 weeks; I have now waited 11 weeks. When will my account be credited?
