I upgraded my Sky WiFi and received a new hub. I arranged Royal Mail pickup and they took the hub. Sky still asking for me to return the hub but I sent it over two weeks ago.

Have you kept your proof of posting?
Unipart deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. Let us know in this thread about the proof of posting and we can maybe get you some help from Skys Messaging Team.
If you have the proof it should be fairly straightforward however if you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.
Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I have the confirmation email that Royal Mail sent me to say my box was collected. The tracking number on the email matches with the postage label.
How do I get in touch to provide the evidence?
Thanks
Barry

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.
Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
This link explains what happens.

Hi,
I sent back my Sky hub Router a go with ROYAL MAIL and I received a QR code to get collected.
It said the router was going to the Recycling Center.
That is the last time I saw it.
05 Mar 2025 02:11 PM
The Sky Engineer came to set my router up because I had problems, a few days later I sent the old router back with ROYAL MAIL.

I have discussed this topic last week but got nowhere, I have lost my receipt from ROYAL MAIL PICKUP.
they said that I need a reference number, which is on the receipt.
I phoned Sky yesterday and they are going to call me on Saturday morning 9.00 to 10.00am.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreNo need for a new thread. I've moved into into the one in which your issue was escalated to Sky so there's a bit of history behind it. Hopefully someone will call you on Saturday but as stated before without the proof of posting it back the removal of non return fees is at Skys discretion.
