I have gone with a new provider, I have an email confirmation that my sky broadband was cancelled in Oct. Every month I'm still being charged, I've called about 10 times now and just get fobbed off every time with them saying it will be fixed. New bill arrived and I am again being charged. What am I supposed to do? Get a lawyer?
