An error occurred, please check the details or try again later - Postcode

I've been trying this for days since I took over the account. 
Website won't let me link my address with my Account and I'm using the correct Postcode. I can't get past this page. 

 

I'm seeing this is a common issue. Please help now I need access to my account.

We're other customers here and not Sky customer services - we're limited in what we can do...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

But I have??
I had the account changed over to me after the Death of the Previous account holder (my Grandfather) 

This isn't the issue I'm seeking a solution for. I'm seeking a solution to the problem that mysky won't accept the postcode and tells me "An error occurred, please check the details or try again later"

I see this is going to be a waste of time and will resort to sitting on the phone not being helped once again.

Do you have access the the account that your Grandfather would have used if he did set one up ?

Hi, I have been having the same issue for weeks now. I can't seem to find a solution, did you end up finding one in the end?
