Hi, I switched to Vodafone in September 2024 and posted back my sky box. I have just realised that i was being billed by Sky since October 24. I was not using the service.

What Sky box? How did you cancel with Sky? Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

Cancelled via phone cal. Maybe you could check the rest out.. I certainly got a mail to tell me the box was being shipped back which would indicate cancellation to me.

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation? If you didn't then it sounds like the cancellation did not go through which is why you've continued to be charged.

 

As we are customers we can't check anything.
