I have closed my sky account and have a credit, but how do I get this credit refunded to me?
It just says the credit will go to my next bill, but I won't have a next bill! Surely they pay it back to the account that paid the monthly direct debits?

Yes, they do. It can take up to 6 weeks (providing you haven't cancelled the direct debit, of course)
